During my recent stay at Blue Room Hostel, I was delighted by the warm and friendly welcome from the owner, Lee. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and provided excellent recommendations for nearby attractions. The hostel is ideally situated, just a short 5-minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets.
There were a few minor issues, such as the overpowering air freshener in the room which Lee assured me he would address for future guests. However, the cleanliness of the hostel was commendable, and the artwork on the walls added a unique touch.

I stayed at Blue Room Hostel for a week and it was perfect for my Cornwall getaway. It's conveniently located near the train station, shops, and just a short walk to the beach. The room was clean and had a private toilet and shower. I loved the small sitting room and dining area on the ground floor, where they offered complimentary breakfast with toast and hot or cold drinks. Lee, the owner, was extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommended for a budget-friendly and enjoyable stay in Cornwall.
Would recommend this hotel.
